Many people live in marginalized communities in acute poverty, and consequently, they cannot support the basic needs of their families, such as shelter, food, clean water, education, and healthcare.
OM TARE FREE EDUCATION TRUST organizes food distribution activities every week for the poor and marginalized people living under the clouds of pain and poverty. We also extend support by providing education to children, as well as shelter and healthcare facilities. One in every three people around the world do not have clean water to drink. Millions are forced to drink dirty, unsafe water, which spreads deadly diseases among vulnerable communities. Women and children are forced to walk miles each day on dangerous terrain to fetch clean water, when they should be at home and at school, thriving and content.
At OM TARE FREE EDUCATION TRUST, our water projects are designed to provide clean water to vulnerable and impoverished communities for years to come. We seek to provide long-term solutions to water shortages in the rural villages of India that are increasingly affected by water scarcity and climate change. With your donation, we strive to promote health and safety by supplying fresh water and to stop the tiring task of transporting water across villages with the construction of local hand pumps.
